Using the service
You agree to use Hammertail legally and responsibly, and not to exploit vulnerabilities, access systems without permission or harm other users.
Early access and waitlist
Access may be released by invite and in waves. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access.
User content
You keep rights to the content you create. You are responsible for what you upload and store in the service.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features while developing the product, aiming to minimize impact when possible.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
